1. Who we are

OrcaBid (“we”, “us”) provides advertising automation software that helps Amazon sellers manage and optimize their Amazon Ads campaigns. Contact: support@orcabid.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name and email address when you register or contact us.
  • Amazon Ads data — when you authorize OrcaBid through Login with Amazon (LWA), we receive an access token limited to the Amazon Ads scope (advertising::campaign_management). Through the Amazon Ads API we access your advertising profiles, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and advertising performance reports (clicks, spend, orders, sales). We never receive or store your Amazon account password.
  • Selling Partner data (FBA Claim Pack Service only) — if you enroll, you additionally authorize access via Amazon’s official Selling Partner API (SP-API) to inventory, fulfillment, returns, and fee reports needed to identify potential reimbursements and prepare claim materials. You file any reimbursement case from your own Seller Central account. We never access your bank details or disbursement settings.
  • Usage data — basic logs of how you use the application (pages viewed, actions taken), used to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the core service: building campaign structures, optimizing bids, harvesting keywords, applying negative keywords, and enforcing budget rules on your behalf, within the limits you configure.
  • To display your advertising performance and an auditable log of every automated action.
  • To communicate with you about the service.

We use Amazon advertising data solely to provide and improve advertising functionality for you, consistent with the Amazon Ads API policies. We do not sell your data, use it for our own advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers strictly necessary to host and operate OrcaBid (e.g., cloud hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Data storage, security and retention

  • OAuth tokens and advertising data are stored encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected at rest with access limited on a need-to-know basis.
  • We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a marketplace or delete your account, the associated tokens are deleted immediately and advertising data is deleted within 30 days.
  • You can revoke OrcaBid’s access at any time at amazon.com → Your Account → Login with Amazon, which immediately invalidates our authorization.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for sign-in sessions. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR where it applies), you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@orcabid.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children

OrcaBid is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the application or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

3. 我们如何使用信息

  • 提供核心服务：在你设定的范围内，代你生成广告结构、优化出价、收割关键词、添加否定词、执行预算规则。
  • 向你展示广告表现，以及每个自动化动作的可审计日志。
  • 与你就服务进行沟通。

我们使用亚马逊广告数据仅用于为你提供和改进广告功能，符合 Amazon Ads API 政策。我们不出售你的数据、不将其用于我们自身的广告，除托管运营所必需且受保密义务约束的服务商（如云主机）外，不与任何第三方共享。

4. 存储、安全与保留

  • OAuth 令牌与广告数据传输全程 TLS 加密，存储按需访问、最小权限。
  • 数据在你的账户有效期内保留。断开市场连接或删除账户后，相关令牌立即删除，广告数据在 30 天内删除。
  • 你可随时在 amazon.com → 我的账户 → Login with Amazon 撤销 OrcaBid 的授权，撤销即时生效。

5. Cookie

我们仅使用登录会话所必需的 Cookie，不使用广告或跨站跟踪 Cookie。

6. 你的权利

在适用法律（包括适用时的 GDPR）范围内，你可联系 support@orcabid.com 请求访问、更正、导出或删除你的个人数据，我们将在 30 天内回应。

7. 未成年人

OrcaBid 是商业工具，不面向 16 岁以下未成年人，我们不会有意收集未成年人数据。

8. 政策变更

我们可能不时更新本政策，重大变更将在应用内或通过邮件通知。变更生效后继续使用即视为接受。
